EXPERIENCES

  • A customized session created specifically for you. Progress at a pace that suits you, with guidance aimed at fostering bodily balance and mental tranquility.

  • Practice in an intimate group of 2-4 participants. Share the energy of community while still receiving personal attention in a supportive online space.

  • A one-on-one online session designed as a personal journey. We begin with Hatha yoga to ground and awaken the body, then move into Yoga Nidra - A guided practice of deep rest and inner clarity. This private experience is tailored to you, offering both movement and stillness.

  • Breath work, meditation, and lifestyle practices for balance.

  • I am certified RYT 200 yoga teacher, offering practices rooted in Hatha & Vinyasa. My approach is shaped by both traditional training and my personal journey of healing. With a deep awareness of trauma and how it lives in the body, I guide students towards practice that are supportive, grounding and adaptable to individual needs.

    For me, yoga is not about performance, it is about presence, resilience, and returning to inner ground. Each session is an invitation to meet yourself as you are, and to move with compassion, steadiness and openness.
